IICP's Student Hostel

We provide one of the best on-campus accommodation services in the Northern Region of Malaysia.
INTI International College Penang (IICP) is about the only private college on the island to offer its very own purpose-built on-campus accommodation, aptly named International House to reflect the cosmopolitan profile of its residents. International House is located in a bucolic setting ideal for rest and study, just a refreshing five-minute walk to the College proper.
Consisting of two elegant, resort-like buildings, namely the Main Building and the North Wing, International House can accommodate 170 male and 211 female residents in rooms of various configurations on a first-come-first-served basis.
The Main Building, apart from providing segregated accommodation for male and female residents, is where the hostel administrative-cum-reception office and facilities like study rooms, a TV room and the hostel canteen are located. The North Wind provides accommodation exclusively for female residents only.
The personal safety of hostel residents are taken care of by IICP’s very own in-house security guards who are on duty twenty four hours a day while a Housemaster and a Housemistress who live on the premises look after their welfare.
Types of Accomodation

Each room is furnished with:

- Ceiling fan (s) or air-conditioner (s)
Students should bring their own pillow, pillowcases, bed sheets and blanket.

Laundry Facilities
[top]Laundry service is provided to students either at RM 40 for six washes up to a maximum of five kilograms per wash or RM 1.70 per kilogram (Up to three kilograms per wash; any wash beyond three kilograms will be charged RM 1.20 per additional kilogram). piece-meal rates for different wash items are also available.

General Information
[top]- No alcohol, smoking or gambling is allowed.
- All hostelites must be back at the hostel by 11.30pm.
- No guests are allowed in the hostel premises after 11pm.
- All visitors must register at the guard house before entering hostel.
- All hostelites must strictly follow house rules.
- When the fire alarm is sounded, hostelites must go to the designated evacuation area.
