The INTI SOBA classroom is an amazing place to be - simultaneously demanding, fun, intense, and always dynamic. Our goal is to create an environment where students learn how to tackle difficult, complex problems by probing, discussing, and integrating, working together toward an understanding much deeper than ever could be achieved on their own. Students learn what it feels like to exercise judgment, make decisions, and take responsibility. In so doing, they must sharpen their skills of effective communication and be able to persuade, synthesize, and adapt.

Success in business comes from experience and knowledge, from the ability to analyze and reflect, from observing and interacting with others, and learning from these encounters. INTI SOBA's learning model is based on these principles. Established in 1995, the school initially offered two programs namely TAFE Advanced Diploma In Accounting and TAFE Advanced Diploma in Business from TAFE New South Wales. Over the years, SOBA has growing from strength to strength and we offered more programs such as Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing and Australia Degree Transfer Programs. To date, we has produced more than 600 students and the number is growing from year to year.

We have a strength of 17 teaching staffs in SOBA. Most of them are from business and accounting background with years of industrial experience. In addition, through the requirement of Ministry of Education, most of them are equipped with the degree or Master of Business Administration (MBA). The SOBA faculty is continuously being trained in their own expertise and INTI Penang always believe in lifelong learning for the lecturers. So you can always count on us in terms of skills and passion for teaching.
