Introduction
[top]The School Of Engineering & Technology, also known as SOEAT, is one of the fastest growing schools in the college. SOEAT was established in the Year 2000, offering 2 Diploma programs for its student. Now, due to the expansion, it has taken a bold step forward to innovate, design and offer more industrial-based engineering programs related to these fields, which are in great demand by local engineering forms that involve high end design and development activities. In addition, a degree program has been introduced for STPM/A-Level/HSC students. The School's academic strengths range across a wide spectrum with experienced lecturers and staff who constantly attend courses for continuous development.

The Faculty
[top]In close consultation with industry through our INTI Advisory Panel System and INTI Industrial Training Center, the School ensures that all engineering programs and courses offered at INTI meet the academic standards and requirements of the fast-pace job market. Students are exposed to the hands-on practical experiences through the well equipped engineering laboratories and workshops that include the Basic Electrical Lab, Analog Electronic Lab, Digital System Lab, Power Electronic Lab, Microprocessor Lab, Communication Lab, Electrical Machine Lab, Computer Lab, Physics Lab and Chemistry Lab . The School is also conscious of the increasing importance of information technology and computer applications in the industries and has invested in computer application software specifically for engineering purposes, such as MATLAB, Simulink, PowerSim, ControlSim, AutoCAD, Real Time Mobile Telephony Training System, Antenna Training System, etc.
